September is a month dedicated to the IronPAXChallenge and today is no different across the GrandStrand with Warthog and Catapult both hosting IPC.  Being on the Q sheet for today, I wanted to give the PAX a chance to warm up for the IPC being held at TheVillage tomorrow.

Grab a jump rope and line up.

Everyone will jump rope will each PAX will take turns running around the parking lot stopping to do 5 burpees in corner 1 and 3.  When runner gets back, everyone will do 10 Merkins OYO and next PAX will run.  I had several rounds planned out but time was running short so we finished after round 1.

Announcements – TheVillage Friday IPC Week3 workout tomorrow will be held at DougShaw Stadium.  TheVillage needs PAX to help fill the Q sheet for Sept.  The Oyster added a Friday and changed start time to 0600.  Get on their Q sheet if you have the flexibility.  FreedToBleed Oct 30.  Go to redcrossblood.org and search Oct 30, then choose Carolina Forest Rec Center and choose your time slot.  Also, check on your fellow PAX.  We all get caught up with our own lives and stresses as school is starting up and work schedules being hectic.  Take some time to check in with your brothers.

Rain chances for this morning were supposed to be 90% but we workout Rain or Shine.  Turns out the weather was great!  Glad we had a few PAX that weren’t afraid of the rain.  Thanks to Penelope, Texas Ranger, Buffet and ERC for posting today!  It’s always an honor to lead this HIM!
