Warm up:

SSH x 15 IC, Merkin x 10 OYO, TTT x 15 IC, Merkin x 10 OYO, Windmill x 15 IC, 10 Merkin x 10 OYO.


Coupon Routine – PAX does AMRAP with concrete block while partner does lap around parking lot.  Stations of Squats, Overhead Press, Curls, Plank (while partner does lap with block), Kettle Swing, Shrugs, Derkins, & Dips.

Circle Burp – 2 rounds

Coupon Routine again – Same but shorter run and added rows at the end.

Sprint Relay – Other PAX alternate 10 Squats and 10 Flutter Kicks while 1 PAX sprints to end of lot, does 3 Burpees and sprints back to tag the next in line.  Done until all PAX get turn in the relay.
