Well I had no intention of Q’ing today. To be honest, this just happened to be one of the very few Saturday workouts that I could actually attend since my wife didn’t have to go in to work early today. So as I was checking Slack last night to see who was on Q, I saw Candy Cane’s late message about needing a sub. Figured that since he posted it late, he probably didn’t have many takers. So I texted him and told him I would take care of it. I asked him if there was anything in particular that he wanted to do, and he basically said “Bring the pain”… at least that’s how I interpreted it. Got to the AO about 5 min early and noticed that the parking lot was looking a little light. Dough Boy was thinking that maybe people were scared off about the originally scheduled CC Q?? Well as the PAX started to roll in (we had 7 at this point), there was a sense of relief that CC wasn’t on Q anymore and YHC was on deck so surely it would be easy right? Wrong.

In typical CC fashion let’s go!
Roaming COP:
- Started with a mosey to just passed the first entrance.
- 30 SSH IC
- Mosey to the end of the parking lot
- 5 Burpees OYO (I then spot a late arriving car)
- Mosey to the car to pick up the PAX (its Rousey!)
- 20 IW IC
- Mosey to the white picket fence
- 5 Burpees OYO
- Mosey to just passed the entrance to the student center
- 15 TTT IC
- Mosey to the flag
- 5 burpees OYO
Mosey to the Cross
- 100 2-count Rocky Balboas on the curb
- Elevens around the cross: dips and step ups
Mosey lap around the church to the new block pile. Grab a block and head to the big lot
Nickel and Dime:
Starting at one of the grass medians work our way down the parking lot stopping at every parking lot line
- 5 curls at line 1
- 10 squats with the block at line 2
- 5 curls at line 3, 10 squats at line 4, so on and so forth until the end
Blocks down, this is a CC beatdown so we need more running. SPRINTS!
- Start out nice and easy with a Quaker inspired 56% effort sprint down to the median that we started at
- 5 Recovery Burpees OYO
- 62% sprint back to the other side
- 5 Recovery Burpees
- 75% Sprint
- 5 Recovery Burpees
- 80% Sprint
Back to the blocks.
- 3 Tricep Extension with narrow grip at every line. Rifle Carry between
Back to Sprints – main event
- 100% sprint down
- 10 second rest
- 100% sprint back to the blocks
Pick up the block and head to student center lot. Find a partner.
DORA: Exercises totals are cumulative for the pair
- 100 – Block Swings
- 200 – Squats
- 300 – LBC
- As partner 1 does the exercise, partner 2 will MURDER BUNNY to the other side of the lot and BEARCRAWL back. Switch places, and Partner 1 will BEARCRAWL to the block and MURDER BUNNY back
Had to cut it short during the LBC, so we could walk the 0.58754 miles to the new block pile. (I have no idea how far it is, I just know that you need to schedule an extra 5 min to get and rack blocks now)
