The Thang:

I thought it might be me and Rousey until the other 3 came in on 2 wheels.

Warm up – 20 SSH, 10 merkins, 15 through the tunnel, 10 merkins, 15 the hillbilly, 10 merkins

We took a slow mosey around the AO with a zig zag of karaoke up and down the parking lines, continued the mosey to the pille of pain where we picked up our coupons.

1st exercise Colt 45s then we did hair burners for 25 yards where we again did Colt 45s, hair burners for another 25 yards, where finished with…… you guessed it Colt 45s. Rifle Carry (of course) back to the starting point.

We took another mosey around the AO.

Next exercise- 20 alternating block merkins (one hand on one hand off and switch), Rifle carry for 25 yards, rinse and repeat, rifle carry 25 yards, rinse and repeat. Rifle Carry back to starting point.

Another mosey around the AO.

Next exercise- 25 block squats, rifle carry 25 yards, rinse and repeat, rifle carry 25 yards, rinse and repeat

One last mosey around the AO

Last push- 25 overhead presses, rifle carry, rinse and repeat, rifle carry, rinse and repeat rifle carry back to start where burned it out with Colt 45, rifle carry, rinse and repeat.
