The Thang:

YHC thought it was going to be raining this am so I planned for the Avista parking deck.  This is the only parking deck we have not yet been kicked out of.  Time was declared and disclaimer given.  Off we go.  We started with some stretches’.   Mosey to empty lot at corner of 2nd Ave. S. and Ocn. Blvd. for some warmups.

20 SSH’s IC, 20 IW’s IC, LBAC’s 15 forward, 15 backward, 15 OC’s IC

Mosey to the Avista for the Thang.

Each level a different exercise increasing by 10 each level.

Level 1 10 Merkins

Level 2 20 BB Sit-ups

Level 3 30 Jump Squats

Level 4 40 CDD’s

Level 5 50 LBC’s

Level 6 60 IW’s

Level 7 70 Flutter kicks

Level 8 80 SSH’s

While on the 8th floor we did some Dora

100 A shoulder taps, 200 Hello Dolly’s, 300 Squats

What goes up must come down so we reversed everything back down every level to ground floor.

3 Minutes left so time to mosey back to the AO.
