The Thang:

Upper 60’s with low humidity.  5:15 as Cubby rolls in with the distinctive 4×4 all terrain tires.  Disclaimer given.  I’ll admit that I’ve been Slack on doing Back Blasts but being on vacation and all I could not justify not doing one :-\

20 SSH’s IC

10 LBAC’s forward IC, 10 reverse IC, 10 OC’s IC

22 Merkins

Mosey to the Park


15 Shoulder taps followed by 10 Tempo Merkins and 10 Fast Merkins

Ring of Fire

Each pax would execute 10 Merkins while rest hold plank.  Next round 10 Diamond Merkins, then 10 CDD’s.

Bermuda Triangle

1 Burpee then run to next point and do 2 Burpees, then 3 and so on.  Think made it to 6 or 7.  Time to move on.

Mosey to Tennis Courts for 4 Corners

corner 1 – 10 Merkins, Corner 2 – 20 BB sit ups, Corner 3 30 LBC’s, Corner 4 40 Squats

Rinse and Repeat.

Mosey to grassy area for some Jack Webb’s

1 Merkin, 4 Air Presses – 2 Merkins, 8 Air Presses and so to complete 7 rounds.

Time mosey back to the AO for a little Block Party.  Thanks to Weasel and Enron for bringing extra blocks as I only have 4.

Colt 45

Start with block at bottom and bring half way up 15 times IC. next start at halfway point to high point 15 IC, Then full motion 15 IC

Time for a little Pax Choice Mary with the blocks.

Cubby – 15 Squats, Sink Hole – 15 Curls, Enron – 15 Monkey Humpers (Hold ankles while touching butt to block. (Avoid doing this one in a public area) Quick Sand – 30 Tricep extensions,  Weasel – 15 Kettle Swings.
