The Thang:

Conditions upper 50’s Perfect. Warm enough to work up a good sweat.

A little late getting this backblast out but my conscience gets to me when I don’t do as I know guys sometimes look forward to recapping their morning in the gloom. It is also our responsibility as an F3 pax to get it done even though life is busy.  So here it is.

25 SSH’s IC, 15 Windmills IC, 10 Good Mornings IC, 20 IW’s IC, LBAC’s 10 forward, backward, overhead IC

Mosey to the wall on the corner of mn. st. and Hillside dr.

Everyone wall sits while each of us take turns doing five burpees then off to the new shopping complex on main st. Yes one of the newer additions to the the Timeshare arsenal.  If you haven’t made it to this gem of an AO, you need to.  Possibilities are endless.

We completed 5 burpees so that leaves 20 more to get our 25 in.  Let’s get em out of the way.  Run around the section of shopping center and do 5 burpees at each corner. Done.  That get’s the heart rate going.

Next 10 Big Boy sit ups at each corner. – 10 Squats – 10 CDD’s.

Mosey to picnic shelter at the park.  11’s – Step ups and dips.

Mosey to the “Yoga Mat’  Everyone hold plank while one pax  runs up the hill and climbs over the A Frame bars and runs back. All pax complete this.  At this point Weasel commented that this was stupid. Lol..  A lot of the Crap we do is stupid :-/

Time was running short so we mosied back to thee AO.
