The Thang:

Conditions: Low 40’s and mostly clear

One-minute warning and disclaimer provided

Warm-up: SSH, tempo squats, mountain climbers, little baby arm circles, cherry pickers, overhead claps, overhead press, and reverse little baby arm circles.

Mosey over to the fancy parking lot.

Partner workout with one partner holding plank while the other partner bear crawls 20 steps, does five burpees, and then jogs back. Rotate through this with each partner completing 5-4-3-2-1 burpees.

Jog one lap around the pond

22 merkins as a group

Second round except this time one partner holds six inches while the other takes 15 lunges and 5-4-3-2-1 burpees.

Third round with one partner holding Al Gore while the other takes 20 bear crawl steps and 5-4-3-2-1 burpees.

Mosey to picnic tables

Partner workout for five minutes alternating between wall sits and 20 step ups.

Ab workout with lbcs, flutter kicks, heals to heaven, American hammers, and pretzel crunches

Mosey back to start for 22 merkins

Circle of trust for announcements and prayer requests. Lifted up prayer and headed to Joes for breakfast.
