Headgear, Bubbles, Valvano, Geno, Snips, and Jackalope

The Thang:

Conditions: Not too cold and not too hot!

One-minute warning and disclaimer provided

Warm up: SSH, windmill, imperial walker, mountain climbers, and plank jacks

Mosey to Mount Myrtle: 5-4-3-2-1 Burpees with running up and over to the other side of Mount Myrtle in between burpees.

Mosey to picnic tables for 11’s with dips and step ups.

Back to Mount Myrtle for a repeat of the previous burpee exercise working back up to five, 1-2-3-4-5.

Mosey to the bridge for a lunge walk across.

Dora exercise with 100 merkins, 200 squats, and 300 LBCs to be completed collectively by partners with rotating between running and performing the exercise.

22 Merkins as a group.

Mosey back to bridge with bear crawl to the top.

Mosey back to the picnic tables for ab workout consisting of 30 flutter kicks, six inches, American hammers, and big boy sit ups.

One minute wall squat.

Mosey back to the start for circle of trust and prayers. Way to push fellas!
