YHC has been less then committed when it comes to posting at AO’s, so to fix this and because my schedule would allow me to, a decision was made to Q both Waveruckers this week. The announcement was made and the YHC beseeched the pax to bring rucks and sandbags
YHC arrived at the AO to finish finalizing my gameplan. I knew with the Chad 1000 coming up I wanted to do some training for that, as well as some bag work. 0500 came, the lights came on, and YHC was the lone man in the arena. Ok time time to get to work.
Warm up 1 round of bleachers. Ok now what? Time to go to the beatdown file where I found this gem.
1/4 mile overhead ruck
5 burpees
1/4 mile lunges (full transparency, I started doing straight lunges, then as the meters slowly passes more and more steps were added in-between lunges. I believe i finished with taking 3-4 steps between each lunge)
5 burpees
1/4 mile ruck
5 burpees
1/4 bearhug ruck
5 burpees
1/4 mile coupon carry ruck
5 burpees
1/4 mile ranger shuffle ruck
1/4 mile ruck cool down.
Whole body stretch and prayed out with the elevation run day pax.
