Who We Are / What is F3?

F3GrandStrand is a regional site of the nationwide F3 community.  F3 is comprised of three Fs – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.  Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership.  F3 workouts consist of 5 core principles that make up the structure of each workout, and they are as follows:

  •      Free of Charge
  •      Open to all men 18+, regardless of fitness level
  •      Held outdoors, rain or shine, hot or cold
  •      Led by your peers who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion with no training or certification required
  •      End with a Circle of Trust (COT)

You can find out more about who we are and how we got here on F3Nation.com.  You can also see the national map to learn how quickly we are growing and where the closest workout to you is located.  If you are in our area, check our local ‘Schedule
