With the rain forecasted i came up with a garage beatdown. strong cardio mixed up with some strength training. Turns out it didn’t rain but i always enjoy heading to Timeshare. Great guys and great AO.

Indian Run back to the AO, line up behind Mal-Practice as he sets the pace. First round just regular IR, then 2 merkins mosey IR, 3 Merkins, then 4 merkins, then five merkins and IR to the front behind Mal.
