Warmup: SSH IC x 20, TTT IC x 20, Star Jumps on calling down x 10, Windmill IC x 15, Imperial Walkers IC x 20, Merkins OYO x 22 – Oh and ERC flew in during TTT as normal and about ran us all over.
Burpee Mile (or close to it): 3 laps around AO while doing 10 burpees at the flag and 10 burpees by the baseball fields until we reached 60 total.
B.O.M.B.S.: 50 Blockees, 100 OH Press, 150 Merkins on block, 200 Big Boys, and 250 Squats. We started the BBs with coupons, but after much mumblechatter I nixed using the blocks. As some of the PAX where getting close to finishing this exercise, I called that the first team that finished had to grab the shovel flag and do a lap around the AO, while the second team to finish had to try to catch them.
UnderQuaker: First Q’d by Quaker and soon later aptly named by Goldberg. All PAX line up, each having a coupon of their choice. PAX 1 calls out an exercise and we all do 2 of them together. Next we move forward 5 steps and repeat, but add whatever PAX 2 calls out and do it 4 times. It went kind of like this – 2 Blockees and move forward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters (or Lion Kings as Candy Cane called them) and move forward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises and move forward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curls and move forward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curles, 10 Merkins and move foward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curls, 10 Merkins, 12 Heels to Heaven and move forward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curles, 10 Merkins and move foward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curls, 10 Merkins, 12 Heels to Heaven, 14 2 count Rocky Balboas and move forward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curles, 10 Merkins and move foward, 2 Blockees, 4 Thrusters, 6 Front Raises, 8 Curls, 10 Merkins, 12 Heels to Heaven, 14 2 count Rocky Balboas, 16 Box Cutters and done.
