The Thang:

12 PAX got better with a warm up of side straddle hops, little baby arm circle, over head claps and press, into Merkins OYO.

Mosey to a bear crawl/squat, Merkin/toy soldiers routine counting down on each end from 10.

Mosey back to the basketball court for some 4x4s, into clip board, then suicides, suicides with Merkins,  step ups then mosey into Name-orama.  Fun Day! Thanks!
