Conditions:  Warm, muggy, but beautiful on the beach.

COP in parking area:  SSH x 20 IC, TTT x 20 IC, Windmill x 15 IC, LBAC x 20 IC, LBAC Reverse x 20 IC, Squat Air Press x 20 IC.

The Thang:  A loose interpretation of Paula Abdul routine.

Mosey North on beach about 250 yards & 25 CDDs; then Crab Walk back about 40 yards & 15 Jump Squats.

Mosey North on beach about 250 yards & 25 Merkins; then Bear Crawl back about 40 yards & 30 single count Lunges.

Mosey North on beach about 250 yards & 25 Merkins; then Bear Crawl back about 40 yards & 30 single count Lunges (changing up to step back for lunges).

Mosey North on beach about 250 yards & Jack Webbs (to 8 Merkins & 32 OH Air Presses); then Crab Walk back about 40 yards & 10 Burpees.

Short Mosey North to nearest place to cut through to N Ocean Blvd. & Mosey back South to AO.

Somewhere in there around 25 Merkins we were joined by War Eagle and his dogs.  I was hoping he would stay for the rest of the workout so we could have some FNDs (Friendly New Dogs).
