The Thang:

Warm up- Side Straddle Hops in Cadence to 25,  10 merkins OYO, Little Baby Arm circles F/R in cadence- 15, Cherry Pickers 15 in cadence, Overhead Claps 15 in cadence, Overhead Press 15 in Cadence, 15 OYO Carolina Dry Docks, Mosey around the park.

 

Exercise  21s

1-10 ( V-ups) West End of Basketball Court 11-20 Big Boys

20-11 (Carolina Dry Docks) East End Basketball Court  10-1 Burpees.

 

Mosey into circle back at Center Court, PAX Choice 15 reps or less around the circle. Monkey Humpers, J-Lo, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Plank Jacks, Freddy Mercury, Merkins, DollyWhip, Hammers, R/L-L/R, W’s, Imperial Walkers, and crunchy frogs to finish it out.
