On Thursday following The Village Beatdown the PAX were talking about 4/20, what it means and the fact that 4:20 happens twice a day, everyday for the true believers (Thanks for the insight Brown Bag). Also in this discussion we mentioned the police code 5150. 5150 refers to the California law code for the temporary, involuntary psychiatric commitment of individuals who present a danger to themselves or others due to signs of mental illness. It is more generally applied to people who are considered threateningly unstable or “crazy”.

Fast forward to Friday morning. I with 5 other PAX run 4.8 miles at Hulkamania until 6:00 a.m., then I get home shower and dress and am out the door by 6:45 a.m. on my way to Charleston for hearings. After my hearings, I hop back in the car and drive back to pick up my family in MB and head out to Columbia for the season opener of my 2.o’s football season. We get a bite to eat, watch our team dominate the field and win the game, then we get back in the car and head back to MB arriving at home around 1:00 a.m. Get to bed at 1:15 a.m. and set my alarm to get up at 5:20 a.m. so I can get ready for today’s Q. The whole time I’m driving and criss-crossing the state, I tell my self, “this is crazy!” The more I thought of the craziness the more I thought of what am I going to do for a beatdown. Lets make the beatdown crazy!! Lets get the PAX Goldberg Hyped!! Whats that code for “Crazy”?? Oh, yeah . . .51-50, I can use that for the beatdown!! And that is how inspiration struck!

During Half time at the football game I saw that there were 14 tweets that I missed all concerning Saturdays Q’s.  Not to be left out I sent out a tweet or two telling the PAX that my beatdown would be crazy and everyone should attend!! I also direct messaged Brown Bag and asked him to put together a music mix containing only songs about “crazy”. He did an awesome job and had the mix ready by the end of the football game!!

I arrived early at the AO and did not wait long before a steady stream of cars & trucks came rolling into the lot. Single Barrel was so excited that I was Qing that he brought his older and bigger brother Mad Bum from F3 Sandhills along for the beatdown. At the one minute warning 11 PAX had assembled and Brown Bag cranked up Pink Floyd for the COP instrumental intro!!

The Plan for today was to do 2 exercises at each stop we made around the AO. Exercise #1 would have 51 reps and Exercise #2 would have 50 reps. Each exercise was done in sets: Exercise #1 (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 20 = 51 Reps) and Exercise #2 (2, 4, 8, 16, 20 = 50 Reps). Between each set PAX would mosey to opposite end of parking lot
