- mosey to the big logs to do some ROCKY BALBOA X 20 IC mosey again to the baseball field YHC had prepare something new for some pax, as he kept working on the ABS workout the pax stopped counting. so it was 10 buerpees as a punishment. (don’t stop counting)

Moleskin: YHC Apologize for taking tooooooo long to wright the BB. I’ve been posting for about 2 years now. I was out shape and doin my own thing doing life along, then SHAKE AND BAKE mention a mud race to my wife and she knew that I needed friends that like to do STUPID things like 12 hours race. so she came home and told me about it and said YOU should go. I didn’t like the idea of getting up at 4:45 in the mornig. So I told her I would try it, been hook since day one. So I wanted to let you guys know that I appreciate the opportunity to Q.
