Mosey around the track to loosen up.

50 Burpees,
100 Overhead Claps,
150 Merkins,
200 LBCs,
250 Squats.

With four well placed cones at each corner or the track, each PAX chose only one of the two exercises at each cone due to limited time. It should be noted that Geno chose big boy sit-ups versus burpees.

Cone #1: 10 Burpees and 10 BBSU
Cone #2: 20 Merkins and 20 Mountain Climbers
Cone #3: 30 Squat and 30 SSH
Cone #4: 40 LBCs and 40 American Hammers

After one complete round, time was short and we circled up for Mary.
