Start with 2 Squats and 2 burpees Increase each full level by 2
1/2 levels Start with 10 flutter kicks Increase each 1/2 level by 10
Down
Start with 2 Merkins and Increase each full level by 2
1/2 levels start with 2 Turkish and Increase by 2
Finish 1st round with some Crab cakes with the weight in your lap 10 IC
