Merkins x20 OYO

Mosey down the dirt road and to the north baseball field

The Beat Down:

Line up on the 3rd baseline for an AMRAP workout (as many as you can then run to the other side of the field and pick up where you left off once you get back to 3rd baseline).  Each PAX performed all 5 of the following exercises on his own.

  1. BBSU x50
  2. Merkins x100
  3. LBC
  4. Mt Climbers x100 counting the R leg
  5. Plank Jacks x50

Mosey to the south baseball field

Flutter kick wave: like a merkin wave but with flutter kicks. Starting at 10 reps working down to 1 with PAX trying to hold feet 6″ off the ground the whole time

Mosey back to shovel flag

Mary:

Mucho Chesto: x10 each – merkins, wides, diamonds, R & L stagger

Pax choice: Monkey humpers x25, LBAC fwd > OHC > LBAC  x20 each, etal.

COT:
