YHC was happy to be back to lead at the Republic the AM. Pulled up to see a few pax shooting the breeze on this fine morning. After greeting were exchanged it was time to get down to buisness.

COP: all exercises in Cadence 20 of each

SSH, Wind Mill, Imperial Walker,  TTT, 22 merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, plank  jack,  monkey humpers

THE THANGpick up a block mosey to police lot

get a partner and brace yourself for the block party


100 big boy sit-ups w/ block 150 merkins w/ hands on both blocks 200 squats w/ block 250 dips on block

at least one group did Rocky Balboa while waiting on the six

grab your block head to the wall for people’s chair while holding block for two minutes

head back to police lot lunge the Long side with your block and side shuffle short side while holding block ( some pax decided to drop their date off at this point)

head back circle up for Mary
