Warm up- Hairy Rockettes, Merkins, Little Baby Arm Circles ( forward and reverse) hamstring stretch, more merkins, slow mosey around the church

We started on one end of the parking lot. 26 block curls, rifle carry half way down the lot, 20 block merkins, rifle carry, 26 more curls (26×2=52 52 was the number of 1982 NCAA MVP James Worthy.

Next 30 block squats, rifle carry, 20 block merkins, rifle carry, 30 block merkins rifle carry to the other end of the PL. Mosey around the church.

Dora 1 partner jail breaks 100 yards while the other does block curls X2, Next partner jail breaks 100 yards while the partner does overhead presses

Last 30 curls, rifle carry, 25 merkins, rifle carry, 30 curls, plank it out
