The Thang:

Easy, low impact workout!

Telephone pole workout:

Bear crawl to first pole, 12 hand release mercans, run to next pole, 12 big boy situps, run to next pole, 12 jump squats, run to next pole, 12 burpees, then caryoke, run, backwards back to start.

Rinse and repeat, reducing intervals by 1 (12,11,10,9…….)

25 LBS at each end to rest, no other rest

We made it to intervals of 5 when time ran out, Good work!
