The Thang:
Arrived the AO with a few PAX already on site. Called the one minute warning.
Warmup: SSH, 5 Burpees, TTT & Windmill, 5 Burpees, LBAC + Reverse, 5 Burpees.
Workout: Medium paced mosey down to the beach at 65th Ave N. Hit the surf and the sand for a Dora 1,2,3. Marked off a 30 yd stretch for one PAX to run down and back, while the other AMRAP-ed Merkins, Squats, and Flutterkicks. Followed with a sandy and sweaty mosey back to the AO for a round of Mary, count off, Name-O-Rama, and closed with announcement and prayer.
