As many of you know I really like the Burpee mile and the Murph, probably two of my favorite workouts. I really like the cardiovascular test it gives you. Many of the PAX at Riviera know this, so when we take that long mosey all the way over to the Conway rec fields they usually know what is coming. Everyone pushed through it and several of the pax have made huge improvements in just a few short months and you really get the chance to see that with the Burpee mile. Hopefully everyone got a little something out of it.
