81. Yeah, 81 at 4:45 am. Sheesh.

Time to bring some burpees to the men at #Timeshare.  This Q has been universally despised so far, so, YHC figures that’s a good thing and we can keep doing it.  Plus, burpees.

Beaker has done an awesome job keeping the excitement at #Timeshare and it’s a great AO with so much potential and pain stations everywhere.  But a lot of the men up there don’t seem to want to wake up.  YHC hopes that will change.

TClaps to Beaker for all he has done and continues to do up there.  TClaps to Viagra for being a RESPECT member who doesn’t miss a beatdown.  TClaps to Cubbie for being a strong regular, only holding back when he had kidney stones #AcceptableExcuseNotToPost.  TClaps to our 3 Guests showing up and getting work done!

YHC missed Crayola this morning who is usually there.  And where did Tiger and Iron Lung go?!?!  YHC texted 4 men yesterday – “I have the Q at #Timeshare. Show up.”  Tool Time showed.  TClaps.  Sometimes all it takes is that little reminder/EH.  Bodyguard was radio silent.  #NoExcuse.  Gambini was radio silent, until 9 am this morning. #SetTheAlarmEarlier.  Quicksand texted at 4:09 am that he was busy getting ready to head out of town. #SomewhatAcceptable #Don’tMakeThatARegularExcuse

Anyhow, YHC and Beaker were the first 2 there and we chatted a bit, while Patti Mayo came cruising in, followed by Viagra.  Then Udder came running from somewhere far far away it seemed based on the fast pace and sweat.  Tool Time joined us and then it was our ever-present Ralph Lauren.  And finally Cubbie.

The THANG
We moseyed down to a nice parking lot in front of a golf cart place (Geno has THE golf cart place)
4 corners were laid out
Do 5 Burpees at each of them; mosey between corners
YHC knew that Patti Mayo loves burpees from his Guest Q a few weeks ago.  And Ralph Lauren loves to do anything that is brutal, so YHC also added 5 burpees at the start for a total of 25 around the 4 corners with a repeat at the first one
AMRAP Flutters and/or plank on the 6.  Regroup in plank.  Silent 10 count in plank.  More plank.  Use this to recover; control your breathing

Starting at corner 1, do 20 Merkins/20 Squats
Run to next corner, do 15 Merkins/15 Squats
Next corner, 10 Merkins/10 Squats
Next corner, 5 Merkins/5 Squats
Back to beginning corner, 5 Merkins/5 Squats
Next corner, 10 Merkins/10 Squats
Next corner, 15 Merkins/15 Squats
Final corner 20 Merkins/20 Squats

Rinse and repeat the 4 (really 5) corners with burpees.
It was at this time that YHC saw a #SadClown running by.  So I did what I do…”HEY! YOU! COME JOIN US!”  He looked back, and WHAT!? Holy smokes..that was Larry, who YHC hasn’t seen in probably 6 years.  So since the PAX were deep in burpee heaven, I sprinted across the street to try the #FlyingEH.  Well it didn’t work on the fly, but it was good to see him…and in the car, I checked my phone and BOOM, still had his number saved way back in the Contacts!!  #ThePhoneNeverForgets   So some texting went on and he said he’d check us out!  That, plus Tool Time knows him as well, so the double-EH will be coming!!!    #ABH

Next was to be another round the down and up escalator/descalator/whatever
This time with Carolina Dry Docks and Lunges (count each leg)
So we started with 20 and 20, and rounding the corners – 15/15, 10/10, 5/5, back to 5/5, 10/10, 15/15, and finally 20/20
Also, during this round, bacon bacon bacon.  The smell was everywhere!!!    MMMM Bacon.

Moleskin
– Strong work today.  This was not an easy one.  Way to keep up the form and hard work!!  The locals were pushing really hard and it was great to see!!
– Patti Mayo and Udder were neck and neck pushing each other the whole time and leading the PAX
– Ralph Lauren must have been taking it a little easy, since he was hanging out with YHC; but I appreciated the push!
– Enjoyed it fellas! KEEP EH’ing!!!
