YHC arrived at 0450, planted the shovel flag, hit the lights and laid out the cones in the outfield of the baseball field, with (freshly mowed grass) and finished my thermos of java. The rest of the Pax all rolled in about the same time for the 1 minute warning.

Pax of 4 at four corners w/ beatdown at each one. #1 corner BBSU X 20 ct, #2 corner jump rope, #3 Merkins, #4 jump rope. Upon completion of BBSU at #1 station each HIM rotates to subsequent corner, carioca lenght of court, toy soldier & lung width of court.
Mosey to baseball field and cones…
Time for The Cooper!
With cones placed at 10 yds interval over 100 yards, each Pax will run to #10 cone, knock out 10 BBSU, 10 Merkins and 10 Squats. Run back to starting line and back to #9 cone, knock out 9 BBSU, 9 Merkins and 9 Squats… You get the picture!
