Conditions – Slight chill in the air registering in at 44 degrees

Cool air and low humidity made for a nice chill workout.  Good group this morning that was eager to get on with the beatdown despite the chilly start.  Nice to finally get some fall weather.

Warmup:

  • SSH in cadence
  • Little baby arm circles, forward and reverse
  • Through the tunnel
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Mosey over to Big Lots parking lot

The Thang:

4 rounds of suicides, 3 stops each with a merkin variation, a crunch variation and a squat variation (25, 50 and 75 reps respectively)

  • Round 1: merkins, lbc’s, squats
  • Round 2: werkins, reverse lbc’s, lunges
  • Round 3: diamond merkins, crunchy frogs #crowdpleasers, Bobby Hurleys
  • Round 4: carolina drydocks, American hammers, SSH’s
  • Mosey back to the AO and finished with 5 sets of Ab Favorites
