The Thang:

Burpee indian run followed by Diagonals then team relays and Mary.

Diagonals consist of 4 groups of 3 doing an exercise on each corner of a square and then running diagonally or laterally, when running diagonally 20 additional squats are down in the middle.

Corner exercises included:  10 merkins, 10 burpees, 20 flutter kicks, 20 lbcs and squats in the middle.  Each team completed 4 rounds.

Followed by Relay races, 4 teams of 3…sprints and block exercises, losers do star jumps.

Concluding with Mary.
