I borrowed heavily from Handy Manny in the creation of this weinke after thorought enjoying/hating his birthday Q last week at BombSquad. Really liked the PAX choice tabata for Mary. Kept things different and kept it moving. I’ll be using that more often. Great work by all. Always enjoy my time in Conway.
