61 and WET, but there was no rain during the beatdown!

March came quick!!  And I had taken this Q awhile back and was of course excited to get to the south end.  Pulled in to see Papa hard at work, and it was just us a while.  Nice to visit and catch up some.  Discussed seeing where Papa signed up to Q EVERYWHERE before his 70th bday in June.  #HIM #Example.  There are men a 1/3 his age that don’t do that!!!  Flossy rolled in, saw YHC on Q, turned around to drive off, but we convinced him to stay.  Then came Low Tide and Heisenberg right at 2 minutes.  Cheesy rolled in a few late, along with Progresso!  7 strong!

You versus You!

Instructions given: Complete each round as fast as possible inside of 30 seconds.  If you complete a round in 20 seconds, you have 10 seconds rest before proceeding to the next round.  If you take all 30 seconds, you ain’t getting much rest.  Etc.  There will be 15 Rounds (the toothpicks are used to mark the round – they soon became hated)

Complete 5 Burpees – if you need to do 4, that’s fine.  Push yourself!
For those counting that was 75 burpees in 7.5 minutes

– It’s awesome to get to every AO as often as feasible with scheduling.  Travel, see new guys, check out what’s going on.  Thank you to all who showed in kinda lousy humid, wet weather!!!  You all made me push hard today!

– Be sure to check out our regional website. All local information is on that! The events page is getting filled up!!! Try to attend CSAUPS, 2ndF events, convergences, etc!!! So much more than a workout group!!
– 2ndF event perhaps?  To celebrate new 2.0 of Red Baron.  Cigars?  Adult drinks?  Coffee?  Heisenberg – set it up!!!
– Dragon Boat coming.  We have 1 full boat of 20 men.  Would love to have a 2nd, and already have a few HC’s.  Even if that one is mixed with 2.0’s and/or M’s.  Be in a different division but still AWESOME!  Get more information here!
– Some talk of cancelling Fridays until the summer.  Let Cheesy, Papa, and Heisenberg know.  Switch to Mondays?  Head up to #BeachBells?  Whatever the PAX need!!  Thursday to Tuesday is a longgggggggggg time without a F3 workout!  There’s also plenty of Saturday options!
