The following exercises were perform for 25 reps in cadence:

Side Straddle Hop, Monkey Humper, Little Baby Arm Circles forward and backward, Floyd Mayweather, Alternating Mountian Climbers, Through the Tunnel,  and Imperial Walkers.

The Thang:

Mosey under the bridge for some work. The PAX never saw it coming!

Inchworm pushups to each column of the bridge 5 burpee mountain climbers at each column.

YHC had planned the inchworm activity to the end of the bridge and back, but realized it was in everyone’s best interest to modify on the return.

Returning from the end of the bridge: Lunge to every column and do 25 SSH at each column.
