The Thang:

10 Pax Showed up this fine morning to have a Blast!!! 53 degrees with no rain but big puddles and wet grass!! I wanted to put something together that held people accountable and or needed help they would have some with a partner. We Started with the two minute warning. As Hoser would put it……. the one minute warning to the one minute warning!! thank you Hoser! with all that said disclaimer was giving to all the fine gentlemen and we were ready to begin!

THANG:

PAX Mosey to the track to partner up for four rounds of different blasts.

First Blast: Run full quarter mile track with four exercises in each corner.  For Ab blast: 25 BB Sit ups, 25 AH, 25 FK, 25 Heels to heaven. Partner plank and wait for six at the end.

Second Blast: Run full quarter mile track with four exercises in each corner.  For Leg blast: 25 Squats, 25 Jump Squats, 25 Prisoner Squats, 25 Lunges.  Partner plank and wait for six at the end.

Third Blast: Run full quarter mile track with four exercises in each corner.  For Upper Body blast: 25 SSH, 25 Overhead Presses, 25 Overhead claps, 25 Carolina Dry Docks. Partner plank and wait for six at the end.

Fourth Blast: Run full quarter mile track with four exercises in each corner.  For Burpee blast: 6 burpees in each corner.

After 10 count rest, mosey to picnic tables for more Abs.

Each PAX had their own picnic table.
