pick up a block mosey to police lot for dora

partner up for

100 merkins one hand on your block one on your partners while other partner moseys to end of the lot and back

200 squats holding block

300 LBC holding block

mosey to city hall fountain

10 dips 10 incline merkins 10 derkins rinse and repeat

run city hall steps do 5 burpees rinse and repeat

mosey back to blocks at police lot

10 kettle bell swings 20 triceps extensions 30 overhead press rinse and repeat

25 heels to heaven in Cadence

line up hold plank on curb each pax does 10 merkins

repeat hold right arm up

repeat hold left arm up
