It was pretty cold. 30F when I left home at 5am. I had to scrape the frost off my windshield before heading out.
I was the last one to show up, we started promptly at 5:15 though.
Worth noting that Manwich fartsacked, after also fartsacking my VQ… Unacceptable.
Started with some warm ups to fight the cold…
15 Through the Tunnel
35 SSH
20 American Hammers
15 LB Arm Circles FW then BW
20 Plank Jacks
Bear Crawl across parking lot. 1 Merkin at every parking line. About 15 Merkins overall.
Mosey about 5 blocks away to parking garage.
20 LBCs & 20 Freddie Mercuries to recover.
Mosey up the ramps stopping each level to do that many Burpies. 1+2+3+4+5+6 = 21 Burpies Overall. This ended up being more exhausting than I anticipated. We threw in 20 squats on levels 4 and 6 to recover.
Dora back town the 6 Floors
– 100 BBs while partner goes down a level does a Burpie and comes back. Next level…
– 100 Sumo Squats
– 100 Imperial Walkers
– 100 Flutter Kicks
– 100 Peter Parkers
– 100 Monkey Humpers … had to skip this one due to time….
3 Burpies to make up for skipping the last floor.
