Super excited about Co Q’ing & using Kegs as Coupons for the first installment of “Kegs & Eggs”, probably should have been dubbed “Kegs & Legs”. Quaker HC’d for either a pre-ruck or Pre-run at 5am. As I pulled up to the AO I was slightly disappointed to see that no other PAX were in the lot, truth be told I was a little relieved! Then Handy came in hot and had to spoil it! #ISI. He too admitted that he thought about sleeping in this morning but the HC pushed him out of bed. #accountability. No ruckers appeared, so a pre-run it would be!! I took Handy on the ‘rucking route’ and we completed 3.5 miles. Coming across the field towards the AO a most beautiful sight waited us . . . Kegs of all sizes stacked neatly where the COP would soon commence. Dilly-Dilly Buffett!!

The THANG: 15 Kegs (5 Halfs, 5 Quartes, 5 Eights) stacked at Shovel Flag (#beautifulsite)
Round #1 – Donkey K.O.N.G.
PAX grab entire Keg Pile and Moseys to the Football Fields. . . Five 1/2 Barrels and Three 1/4 Barrells were then lined up alone 40 yard line. Each Pax is responsible for pushing (not rolling) their keg to the center of the field. . . . Then all PAX hurdle each Keg (Mario Style) until they come back to the Keg they started with . . .When all PAX are re-united with their personal Keg an exercise is called out
Exercise #1 – 10 DONKEY Kicks IC . . . Then push kegs 10-15 yards . . . Hurdle each Keg back to the starting position
Exercise #2 – 10 Kraken Burpees OYO . . . Then push kegs 10-15 yards . . . Hurdle each Keg back to the starting position
Exercise #3 – 10 One Legged Merkins IC . . . Then push kegs 10-15 yards . . . Hurdle each Keg back to the starting position
Exercise #4 – 10 Nolan Ryans IC . . . Then push kegs 10-15 yards . . . Hurdle each Keg back to the starting position
Exercise #5- 10 Gorilla Humpers IC . . . Then push kegs 10-15 yards . . . Hurdle each Keg back to the starting position
Round #2: KEG Stands
PAX grab entire Keg Pile and Moseys to Wall. Kegs are lined up 15 yards from wall. PAX pair up. PAX #1 goes Balls to the Wall while PAX #2 runs to Keg for 100 reps of the following exercises, then mosey back to wall, flapjack
Exercise #1 – 100 Curls – (25 reps each time/PAX )
After 1st round of this it was unanimously decided that every other Wall Stand would be modified to a Wall Sit!!
Exercise #2 – 100 Overhead Press (25 reps each time/PAx)
Exercise #3 – 100 Tricept Extensions (25 reps each time/PAX)
Round #3: D.I.L.L.Y. – Dilly!!
PAX grab entire Keg Pile and Mosey to the Baseball Concession Stand . . . All exercise for 100 Reps AMRAP & Flapjack
“D” – Daniel Sons while holding a Keg overhead (#choosewisely)
“I” – Iron Squats – Keg held overhead
“L” – Lunges while holding Keg overhead (2 count)
“L” – Louganis (i.e. BBS while holding Keg overhead)
“Y” – Yoke Walk with 1/2 Keg around the T-ball Field . . .flapjack until all reps of each exercise are completed (8 laps/PAX)
