Mosey to Parking Deck on Ocean Blvd.

Run up and do 10 Merkins and 10 LB Crunch at each level till you get to top. 6 floors

Come back down doing 10 BB sit ups and 10 CDDs at each level.

Mosey to Horseshoe at Mn. St.

11’s  1-2 count step ups / 10 Squats, 2-2 count step ups 9 squats ect.

Then 5 burpees- Run lap around OD Resort parking lot. (AMRAP)
