We watched 2 FiA gals in a full out sprint toward us..well, to the parking lot in general to their cars, not toward us, much to Jingles’ disappointment.  Not sure who they were, but they were fast!

What we did at #WaveRucker was ruck out to Damons – 2 miles
Ruck back to Warbird Park and do a slew of PT
Merkins, Squats, Incline Merkins, Step Ups, Decline Merkins, Bulgarian Split Squats/Reverse lunges, ruck up and overs with thrusters, Flutters, LBCs, then we rucked back to our cars.
Total distance 4.3 miles.
Total PT – 25 minutes, about 500 total reps

We ended with a 3 man BOM and COT!
Prayer requests lifted for Hoser’s bosses’ family as they lost a niece to ALS
Prayers lifted for our country, election results, peace
