Mosied to O.D. to begin the fun.

Partnered up. one pax would run lap around O.D. Resort Parking lot while other executed designated exercise. Combined total of

Next 11’s

1 Step up on wall, then 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 2 Step ups, 9 CDDS ect.

After this we had a little time for some Marry.  Q allowed Pax to recommend exercises. Assorted included Imperial Walkers, American Hammers, Some form of Leg Lifts that I cant

remember the name of.  Three 5 rep Burpees recommended by R2D2 (Lake Murray) :-/  Thanks for joining us by the way.
