Didn’t know I was gonna Q til night before wanted to help my brother Bling out. Get better soon Bling!!!

I bet most pax were thinking there was gonna be some carrying weight around with Bling at Q but I thought I would throw them a twist. RUN BABY RUN!!!

Started with a mosey around the track for one lap. Surprisingly it was very quiet with the pax during the lap. Maybe they were still asleep?? Maybe it was the run?? Who knows but I was determined to find out!!

THE THANG

Four barrels or garbage cans set up 35 yards apart right side of field. Pax started at first barrel and ran to second drop and did 25 merkins. Ran to 3rd barrel and did 25 squats. Ran to 4th barrel and did 25 SAM’S then 25 big boys. Fall into plank wait for six. Line up and Jail break back about 95 yards or so. I will tell you I tried my best to get Flash he definitely has the right name for sure goodness. Plank for six. TH X25 IC.

Line up again and repeat with reps of 20 then 15 then 10 and finally five. Long morning to say the least lol

Everyone did really well. Was worried about bubbles he was usually up front but said he had a pulled calf. YOU MUST STRETCH BUBBLES!!! Weed ater and my shines were killing us from waverucker I suppose. Well me being 48 doesn’ help either lol.
