YHC pulled into the AO not really having a plan for a workout! Why you ask, well the original Q was unable to come because of an injury, so I just made it up off the cuff as we went along!!

Mosey around ball field to street
Grab a partner. Partner 1 runs the .25 mile loop, while partner 2 does merkins AMRAP, we did this with merkins, squats, overhead claps/press, and BBS/LBC!!
Mosey to basketball court for a little clipboard!! Merkins, monkey humpers, suicides, Freddy Mercury, flutter kicks, crunchy frogs, hillbillies, squats, burpees, and a few more that I can’t remember, cause it was OFF THE CUFF!!
