Five Pax from MB, Louisville, Burlington, and Lake Murray regions gathered this morning for some fun and games in the park. Here’s how it all went down…

  • Mosey to park
  • SSH x 20
  • TTT x 10
  • Imperial Walker x 20
  • Windmill x 10
  • Burpee x 10 OYO

More Warm Up:

  • 20 BBSU
  • 25 Merkins
  • 30 Squats
  • 25 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 20 Ray Charles

Red Rover:

  • 2 pax on one end of field doing Mtn Climbers
  • 2 pax on oppo end doing Monkey Humpers
  • 1 pax karaoke & sprint between two groups
  • rotate runner every time someone gets to end.
  • Rounds 2 & 3 involved LBCs, Elevens, Burpees, and High Knees

Pick a Number-

each pax picks a number and all do the reps…

  1. 10 burpees
  2. 10 Hand Release Merkins
  3. 20 jump squats
  4. Bear Crawl around garden
  5. Backpedal to fence, 20 squats
  6. 40 yard sprint x2
  7. touch closest stop sign
  8. lap around tennis court
  9. Partner wheelbarrow to nearest tree, switch.
  10. partner get-ups x 10
