While other area AO’s were under water last week, Postal had a great idea to Q a workout in Aynor.  The best thing is he did not know there has been some discussion on a new AO plant in Aynor in 2019. In my faith, I see these type of “coincidences” as a verification we are on the right track.  Certainly, this is a large undertaking, commitment, and will take much planning; it is still exciting to see there is a possibility!  We met at Aynor High School rear parking lot!  Had to assist our Peach transplant turn by turn from Hardee’s…. Think he was checking on the biscuits.

AMRAP . . . PAX 2 runs width of Large Parking Lot . . .Flip/Flop . . . until all exercises are completed.

A Bear Crawl suicide of seven increasing lengths with decreasing burpees at the end of each length. Ideally the lengths and number of burpees should be such that the entire exercise takes the full 8:01 time of “Stairway to Heaven.”  Stretch it out!

Great Q, Postal!  Good to have you back with us.  Congratulations on the new 2.0 and future F3 #HIM.  As always, the Q led good conversation, a good beatdown, and led by example.  3 PAX went for #Coffeeteria at the Waffle House!
