Thanksgiving week, I missed last years week due to vacation but this year Covid has played a role or spoiler of vacations out of town but not the good ole staycation. I knew I wanted to have fun with this workout. Unique exercise names specifically. And I think it was a hit.

Let’s mosey to get a block of each mans choice: and off to the cross. Modify as needed to keep coming and making brothers accountable. Just because a man doesn’t use a heavy block doesn’t mean anything to this group. We just want men healthy and coming to workout. My White Board is waiting for us.

P1 Turkey Leg Lunge (Modify as needed), to a set distance. All did the together but OYO
P1 Mashing Potatoes (Mtn Climbers), P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance
Running short on time, need to skip ahead to dessert
Dessert
Two Rounds
P1 Pecan Pie Push-ups, P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance
P1 Apple Pie Press (Press block laying on back), P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance.

This workout was made for each man to push themselves to their limits. Whatever that looks like. Sometimes we men need to be reminded by ourselves (listening to our bodies) that scaling back is the right option. If you can only do 10 Merkins, great do 10. Keep coming out, keep posting, keep being part of the F3 brother hood and don’t allow anyone to shame you for pushing yourself however that push looks. Men did great today and fun was had with the exercise names.
