Here was the THANG

Tabata time: (20 sec work/10 sec rest , 8 rounds)  Mosey to park benches by tracks where we started tabata #1 Dips, finished up and moved to small parking lot by court house for Tabata #2 BB Setup ups. Now that I had the pax warmed up, I passed the Q over to Peterbilt – it was time to get to work!

Peterbilt had us doing 4 corners – Merkins, squats, big boys and american hammers at the corners x25.  After each corner  he had us head to the center of the lot for 5 burpees! Rinse and repeat until all 4 stations were complete.

Beatdown continued with Peterbilt’s favorite… burpee lot….  25 lines 25 burpees down and back. Then we took a mosey to bigger parking lot next door, where Peterbuilt used the lot’s light-poles for quarter pounders

(light pole #1) 25 yards and 25 merkins sprint back to start
(light pole #2) 50 yard and 50 squats
(light pole #3) 75 yards and 75 mountain climbers
(light pole #4) 100 yards and 100 SSH

After we completed this round we still had time left for round Two! w/limited time, Peterbuilt had to modify! Changed each cone to 5,10,15 and 20 reps – and we were forced to finish this round on the street,  by the leaf blower crew, cleaning the lot…. but, we finished with time left for an indian run back to the flag!
