SSH x25 IC

Hand release Burpees x5 OYO

Copperhead Squats 4 ct x15 IC

Double Merkin Burpees x5 OYO

Mosey around the North baseball field to the picnic tables

The Beat Down:

Step ups x15 on each leg

Dips and decline merkins x15 each then mosey to the basketball courts

Clipboard: one pax called exercise and completed a lap around the court as the other pax performed the exercise

Round 1: outlaws, ray charles, IW, American hammers

Round 2: seal jacks, cheerleaders, TTT

Ring of fire: 10 down to 1 holding plank between

Line up on the baseline: x5 broad jump burpees then jailbreak to the other baseline, lunge back to half court, jailbreak back to start. Rinse and repeat

Mosey back to shovel flag


Captain Morgans x10 4 ct IC, Hurricane Hoedown, alternating shoulder taps in plank position x20 IC

Mucho Chesto: x10 each – merkins, wides, diamonds, R & L stagger

Pax choice: superman banana, x20 BBSU, and one by Sandman that was new to me (like a seated Freddie Mercury but you clap your hands behind the thigh)
