Conditions, 50deg with last sprinkles of rain in the air for the day.

Short but sweet..(just waiting to see if Cubbie would roll in late like usual)

Cheerleaders 20X IC

SSH 20X IC

Mosey to parking garage.

THE THANG

Greet the new security guard.

Run up to top of the tower of power. (actually floor 7 was roped off so ended up dropping the easiest exercise and doing 6 floors)

*all exercises are single count

6th floor 60 IW  then mosey down to 5th floor

5th floor 50 LBCs, mosey down to 4th…

4th floor 40 Jump Squats

3rd floor 30 BBS

2nd floor 20 merkins

1st floor 10 burpees

Run back up to 5th floor, rinse and repeat all exercises on the way back down.

Rinse and repeat dropping 1 floor each time.

 

[YHC had to bail early so Burgundy and Viagra closed up shop.]
