The Thang:

32 degrees and a hard frost on the car this morning. Was thankful to see 9 cars come in with Pax willing to brave the cold for some exercise and camaraderie. Today was (supposed to be) a Catapult/Plank convergence. Thankful for Jetah and Fergie coming over the ICW, good work men. Got right to it in the interest of getting the blood flowing:

Tempo Squat x 15, Imperial Walker x 15, Merkin x 20 OYO, SSH x 20, LBAC F/R. As usual I randomly counted to 16 on an exercise and no one knew when to stop. Doesn’t matter, we’re out of bed and moving.

Grab blocks, proceed to big lot. 2 exercise stations on each end of the lot; perform exercise at one end, mosey to first line, do 5 Bobby Hurleys. Mosey to second line, Lunge to the 2nd station.

Station 1: 20 curl and press, 20 block merkin, 20 1-arm row, 20 block swings, Colt 60s (b/c 45’s are for fartsackers)

Station 2: 20 2- count flutters, 20 HTH, 20 LBCs, 20 Outlaws, 20 American Hammers

After the stations, went down the line with Pax choice10 count. If memory serves:

Curls, clean and press, block merkins, blockees, bent over row, 1/2 lap mosey, bus drivers, squats, OH press, tricep extenstion

Pax lined up single file for paint the lines.

Return block, circle up for core. Crunchy frogs x 15, Monkey Humpers x 15, Pretzel Crunches x15R, x 15L
