The Thang:

AO: BombSquad

Rolled into AO and found Sunshine happily awaiting the beatdown! El Red Cardo came in next as he did his warm-up lap. Then the rest of the HIM kept steadily rolling in. Today I had planned a beatdown that normally takes the better part of a Saturday Beatdown so I knew when we started we would have to keep pushing the pace to get it all in! So read on for the details. If you missed today (you know who you are), you missed a  Doozy!! A real Humdinger!!

COP: 20 SSH IC, 10 Merkins IC, 15 TTT, 10 Merkins IC, 15 Windmills, 15 Merkins IC, 15 Imperial Walkers IC, 10 Merkins IC, 22 Merkins (#22Kills), 15 Tempo Squats IC, 10 Merkins, 15 LBAC IC, 10 Merkins, 15 LBAC in Reverse, 10 Merkins, 15 Cherry Pickers IC, 10 Merkins . . . At this Point YHC announced that the PAX have successfully completed our Merkin Count for the day, HOWEVER, Beefsteek begged to differ and said that we only completed 92 Merkins!! With that All PAX dropped to Plank Position and completed 15 additional  Merkins!! Thank you, Brother! (For the record we initially completed 122 Merkins and then did an additional 15 Merkins for a grand total of 122!!)


UnderQuakers – PAX #1 calls & leads an exercise for 2 reps . . .then all PAX sprint across Large Parking Lot; PAX #2 calls & leads exercise #2 and increases rep count by 2 (NOTE: exercise #1 is done 1st then exercise #2 is completed) . . .Then all PAX sprint across Large Parking Lot. PAX #3 calls & leads exercise #3 and increases rep count by 2 (NOTE: exercise #1 is done 1st then exercise #2 for 4 reps then exercise #3 for 6 reps is completed) . . .Then all PAX sprint across Large Parking Lot. Etc, etc., until all PAX have called out an exercise . . .final exercise is for 26 reps after complete all exercise #1-#12 with increasing rep count!
